This was adopted in Bhiwandi based on Public Private Partnership (PPP) model concept in Electricity Sector. This experiment has created curiosity to World Bank, various stakeholders in power sector business & Central Government. This is first ever book in India on this subject based on practical field experiences of Bhiwandi before & after franchisee. It was published by National Power Training Institute (NPTI) Faridabad (Ministry of Power, Govt of India Enterprise) in 2014.
